VoX Communications sells high-quality voice over internet protocol (VoIP) service to businesses, individuals, and wholesalers nation wide. It provides a full-featured, lower cost alternative to traditional telephone services, and offers more free features than just about any other VoIP provider out there.

VoX communications has been sought out by partners such as CompUSA, Mescalero Apache Telecom, Lightyear Network Solutions and others to deliver voice over internet protocol service throughout the continental United States and Puerto Rico.

Installation and Interface

Those who want to take advantage of the Wi-Fi unlimited program must purchase the UTStarcom F1000. The device is 802.11 compatible, seeks out wireless networks to connect to, and is especially useful for the busy exec or sales rep who travels extensively yet needs to consistently keep in touch with contacts all over the nation or the globe.

How many people have ever been delighted to get a bill in the mail? As many customers as VoX has. Time is billed in seconds, instead of minutes, like with most services. This can add substantial savings to the company’s already low rates, and reflects a generous, customer-focused attitude on VoX’s part.

Features

VoX offers a variety of inexpensive unlimited and high-metered-minute North American long distance plans. Any customer can keep in touch with friends or family outside of North America with one of many worldwide 300 or 1000 minute calling plans. VoX has separate plans for Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East.

VoX’s small business plan is a rich deal, as well. It offers unlimited calling across the U.S. and Canada and provides 300 free worldwide minutes as well. A free dedicated fax line with 500 outgoing minutes and a free phone adapter help round out the package, which also includes access to real-time billing information through the online management portal.

VoX also provides a co-brand and private brand reseller service. Cable operators, carriers, ISPs, and others can take advantage of this service to be branded or co-branded as a voice provider in their own community, and with no upfront investment. Resellers can invest time acquiring and servicing customers while VoX’s back-office systems provide support and billing services.

Performance

VoX gets the most mileage possible from its national SIP-based network. Open systems software, hardware, and reliable server cluster architecture are the backbone of VoX’s voice delivery service. This network ensures maximum uptime and crystal clear calling clarity.

Service and Support

VoX is committed to providing the best service in the industry, via email, live call support, FAQs, and detailed service tickets. Separate toll-free lines are available for retail customer support, agent and wholesale inquiries, and wholesale partner support.

Technical support troubleshooting tickets are also available, as are sales support forms.

Support is also useful in porting old numbers. Of course land line numbers can be taken over by the service, but VoX was also able to port over numbers from SunRocket after its meltdown. It’s just another extent to which VoX will go to provide quality service to its customers.
