Their network is multi-homed, fully redundant network that supplies numerous POPS across the US.

Sign up is simple with online forms. There are no contracts to sign because Teliax charges on a month by month basis. Features

All network calls are free. Residential features include voicemail, call waiting, caller ID, and e911. These features are very competitive with other major residential phone plans, but they come with the added benefit of Teliax’s excellent service.

Business features include conference, voicemail, call hunting, toll free numbers and unlimited extensions. Toll free numbers can assist a business in maintaining customers by allowing them to call you worry free.

Pay as you go features can be chosen as a customer sees fit. There is no set monthly bill with pay as you go. A customer or business is simply charged for the minutes they use in any given month. If, for some reason, the service isn’t used in a particular month there is simply no bill. Pay as you go gives customers the flexibility to add features such as toll free numbers, PBX features, or local phone numbers from across the United States when they need them.

Performance

Teliax cares about their customers and does their best to provide excellent service. This is demonstrated in their provision of e911 service wherever it is available. This emergency service is quite different from land line emergency service and often difficult to obtain.

Service and Support

Teliax provides free support to all clients as well as free equipment configuration guides. However; there is a charge for configuring on the premise. Teliax charges by the hour whether someone is a customer or just want another existing system serviced. Teliax works remotely, so there won’t be a technician interrupting the office or a home.

Customers can just give them 24 hour notice if possible to set an appointment and they receive an estimate of the time necessary to resolve the problem. A technician will call and instruct customers on how to set up network access. Teliax technicians are knowledgeable of many types of equipment. They strive to get a company or individual up and running as quickly as possible.
