PCI Broadband is the local VoIP solution for the Colorado Springs, Denver and Pueblo, CO areas. They offer both residential and business VoIP services. With VoIP an individual or business can make calls over their high speed Internet line, without losing the quality of calls. All of the popular features of regular phone service are available. PCI Broadband offers different packages depending on the customers’ needs. Broadvoice Unlimited and Broadvoice International are available for residential customers. PCIBroadvoice Business Plan and Business Plan Plus are the two options for businesses.
PCI Broadband combines state of the art technology with a small-town attitude. They pride themsleves on being “your hometown Internet service provider” as their website clearly states under their name. With their top quality broadband Internet connection service combined with telephony services, they can meet the needs of anyone who wants better calls for a lower cost than the phone company.
Installation and Interface
Once a customer decides they want to use PCI Broadband, they will need a letter of authorization to transfer, or port, the existing phone number. The customer is responsible for coordinating with their local phone service provider to make sure that their other services will be transferred as well.
It should be noted that VoIP customers must also be receiving PCI Broadband Internet service as well. Once the broadband service is established, residential customers will receive a Linksys VoIP adapter that will allow them to connect both their phone and computer to the broadband connection. The adapter can be installed very easily by the customer, but there is also help available over the phone if need be.
Business customers will be using the PCIBroadVoice Console which provides web based management of the phone systems features and services, as well as personal management at the employee level. Through the web-based interface, managers and employees alike can customize their VoIP experience.
Features
PCI Broadband VoIP features are competive with other VoIP companies on the market today. One of the features, however, that makes PCIBroadvoice stand out is the Personal Communication Manager (PCM) available with the business packages. The PCM helps employees of a business seamlessly integrate their Microsoft Outlook contacts with the VoIP service. It also keeps call logs, allows personal phone management, remote click to call and personalized inbound call treatments.
Residential customers gain access to a wide variety of popular features, split into basic features and enhanced features. The basic features include Caller ID block, free in-network calling, call hold and three way calling. Enhanced customers receive Click to Dial, voice mail, unified messaging and alternate numbers among other popular features.
Performance
The performance of PCI Broadband VoIP service is second to none. Customers can rely on the network to provide telephone calls that are routed with clarity and precision. Businesses who use PCI Broadvoice service can feel confident knowing that the system will grow with them as their business grows. Adding one or ten additional lines to the existing business service plan can be done without any problems or gaps in service.
Service and Support
PCI Broadband prides itself on having a personal connection with its customers. All three metro areas that they service have local telephone numbers that will put customers in touch with qualified service professionals. In addition, there is a helpful FAQ section on their website that can guide most customers through troubleshooting problems.
