I record phone interviews through a land line using a Telos One hybrid. I want to be able to have two lines with 7kHz audio response (when available at the other end of the line). One VOIP account with two numbers would do this if the ATA has two RJ-11's but that would only give me two lines with 3kHz audio response. Are there any multi-line VOIP phones with caller-only outputs? Is the only way to do this, to run two computers with Skype and take the sound card outs from each into separate mixer channels?

We read all the reviews as well, so you won’t find any questionable products here.
